The Maternal Child Health Representative will greet and guide clients on a tour through the Maternal/Child areas of Virtua Voorhees and Memorial hospitals exhibiting a welcoming, caring environment to prospective patients and their families.
Provides accurate information about the facilities and services.
Serves as a liaison between the clients and Family Health Services and/or the Virtua Call Center when necessary.
Position Responsibilities:
• Greets and tours clients through maternal child health areas of Virtua Voorhees and Virtua Memorial hospitals.
• Provides accurate information about the facilities and services- using scripting provided by Family Health Services.
• Manages client’s expectations through critical thinking and customer service recovery.
Position Qualifications Required / Experience Required:
A minimum of 1-2 years of customer service or community/ public interaction required.
Strong, pleasant and professional verbal skills with good diction, tone, and pace.
Ability to communicate effectively with a focus on customer needs and satisfaction.
Health care experience including medical terminology and knowledge of maternal-child health is strongly preferred.
Required Education:
High school degree or equivalent.
Associate’s degree preferred.
Hourly Rate: $17.65 - $22.87 The actual salary/rate will vary based on applicant’s experience as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
