Service Line Marketing Strategist
Job ID: R1043679 Type: Full Time Location: Marlton, New Jersey Standard Hours: 40 Shift: 1st Shift*Must live within a commutable distance for meetings, working with physicians, photo shoots etc. as needed.
Job Summary:
The marketing strategist is a zealot for achieving growth goals through the development of marketing plans, strategic activation, content development and measurement of results. The marketing strategist directs service line marketing strategy, manages budget and key vendor partnerships to achieve goals; as the consulting partner to physicians and business and operational leaders. The strategist has expertise in digital, content and customer relationship management (CRM) and has demonstrated experience in driving profitable growth and market share. Responsible for market development by effectively packaging programs and heart-wiring brand stories that differentiate multiple Virtua business units and service lines.
Position Responsibilities:
Transforms strategic and business goals into creative marketing plans by directing a disciplined process of differentiated messaging, multi-channel activation, journey mapping, distribution networks, audience segmentation, insight and measurement; manages budget and vendor partnerships to support marketing plans.
Identifies market growth opportunities through data-driven analytics, competitive research and comprehensive understanding of consumer decision-making models and physician referral channels; researches external market trends, marketing best practices and directs effective marketing strategies and budget with demonstrated ROI.
Develops digital-first marketing solutions to drive growth and enhance reputation of multiple service lines and business units; Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of digital platforms, CRM strategies, key performance indicators, trends in SEO, paid digital and social; and regularly communicates results of integrated marketing campaigns.
Packages effective and heart-wired brand stories that differentiate multiple Virtua business units and service lines in digital, video, audio, written and event formats.
Position Qualifications Required:
Required Experience:
- At least 5-7 years in consumer marketing, brand management or health care marketing
- Track record in developing digital campaigns and demonstrating ROI of campaigns
- Outstanding communications and writing skills
- Creative thinker
- Skilled in market research and strategy development
- Wide-use of marketing platforms, data management and building insights about key audiences
Required Education:
BA/BS degree in marketing, or related field; MBA or master’s preferred
